A Customer –
This is a great bike for the money. Although it arrived with a faulty back brake. On contacting customer support, they were amazing and after a few messages and a photo sent, I received 2 new brakes, I couldn’t fault them. It’s a lovely bike to ride with lots of extras. It’s a little bit heavy which is to be expected. Good value for money and my husband wishes he had bought this one instead of spending a lot more money on less quality bike.
